The owner is very kind and attentive. He welcomed us in person, guided us to the garage parking space (priceless in central Thessaloniki), and provided valuable information about the city, restaurants, and so on. The place is not spacious, especially the bathroom, but it is clean and has all the basics. The apartment is located on the sub-ground floor—which some might find slightly uncomfortable—but the advantage is that it stays cooler in the summer; plus, it has direct access to a small shady inner courtyard. Overall, our stay was comfortable. For this price, maybe you could find some place a little bit fancier, but the parking spot definitely changes the perception :)
I would recommend that the owner install a standard capsule coffee machine instead of the filter machine, or at least to replace the current coffee brand with something decent—the coffee provided was terrible :) But this is a small issue, and there is a coffee shop nearby.

Domacin je super za komunikaciju, salje detaljna upustva i stoji na raspolaganju za sve. Takodje, apartman ima svoju garazu koja je prekoputa apartmana ali ukoliko vozite veci auto nije bas zgodno jer je uzano i skuceno.
Apartman se nalazi u podrumu to nigde nije naznaceno. Terasa je improvizovana od unutrasnjeg dvorista koje se se deli sa drugim ljudima i ima kapiju koja je otvorena pa neko moze da ulazi ko kako hoce. Kupatilo je takodje inprovizovano, minijaturno sa plasticnim vratima koja ne mozete da zatvorite niti ima ventilaciju. Domacin je zaboravio da nam ostavi jednokratne papuce pa smo se uverili u to koliko je apartman zapravo cist. Nazalos, oseca se memla i zagusljivo je, pa je bas problem spavati jer morate da ostavite otvorenu terasu za vazuh, a onda ste u problemu jer svako moze da vam upadne u pola noci. Mi smo bukvalno bili jednu noc pa smo preziveli.
