    L'emplacement.

    Lors de l'arrivée à l'appartement, la duche n'était pas très propre, le frigo non plus et les draps du lit étaient humides. Comme nous sommes arrivés tard, nous avons dormi sans draps car il fallait qu'ils sèchent. Nous avons dormi avec nos serviettes. Le deuxième lit su séjour est très inconfortable, et les draps ne sont pas adaptés. Ensuite nous avons un souci avec la clé de l'appartement (Hosticasa n'était pas responsable de ce problème, mais ils auraient pu nous aider facilement avec un double de clé) mais ils ne nous ont pas aidé du tout. On a demandé à nous appeler, car c'était plus facile d'échanger par téléphone que par message mais ils ne l'ont jamais fait. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec la télé, car elle ne fonctionnait pas, et l même chose, Hosticasa n'a jamais répondu pour régler ce souci. Et au retour nous avons demandé une facture que nous avons seulement obtenu presque 2 mois après le séjour. Autant dire que nous ne recommanderons pas Hosticasa comme gestionnaire de cet hébergement.

    L'appartamento che non ti aspetti, una vera sorpresa!

    L'appartamento era tenuto molto bene e moderno, con tutti i confort che una persona può desiderare in vacanza, super accessoriato. La posizione è ottima e Costa Teguise è stata una location splendida dove soggiornare.

    Al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era super pulito e tenuto molto bene, tranne per le lenzuola del letto. Personalmente abbiamo trovato qualche pelo/capello motivo per cui credo non siano state lavate bene. Abbiamo avvisato lo staff che si è subito reso disponibile per contattare la ditta delle pulizie e ci hanno chiesto se avevamo bisogno di lenzuola pulite, ovviamente abbiamo detto di sì, ma non so per quale motivo non ci sono state mai recapitate. Alla fine ci siamo attrezzati comprando delle lenzuola nuove per conto nostro che poi abbiamo portato con noi una volta terminato il soggiorno.

    Très bon emplacement, clean et calme mais froid

    Très bien situé pour visiter toute l’île. Dans un environnement calme et paisible, mais aussi avec des restaurants tout proches

    En Mars nous avons eu très froid dans l’appartement qui n’est pas chauffé. Juste 2 petites couettes toutes fines. L’appartement est clean mais avec le stricte minimum pour 2 personnes : 2 verres à eau , un seul verre à vin, un seul jeu de clés.
