Update: Our experience turned very negative after checkout. We agreed with the host to shorten our stay by one night, and he confirmed in writing that he'd refund the difference (GEL 443) within 10 business days. That deadline passed weeks ago. Despite repeated follow-ups by message and phone, he kept delaying — and has now blocked my number entirely so I can no longer reach him. I've had to escalate this to Booking.com support directly. Be cautious if you're expecting a refund or post-stay communication from this host.

A comfortable, well-located stay with a helpful host.
Great location just a 3-minute walk from the sea, with free parking available. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.
The bathroom was shared rather than private, which would be good for future guests to know in advance, but it wasn’t an issue during our stay.

Уютное тихое место, недалеко от пляжа, рядом(15мин) центральный парк, где летом дискотеки и ночная жизнь. Прекрасные хозяева и дружная семейная атмосфера. Вечернее застолье в лучших традициях Грузии. Рекомендую!
То, что время пролетело слишком быстро и надо было уезжать, хотелось остаться 😅

L'accoglienza di Manana e della sua famiglia è stata straordinaria. Ci siamo trovate come a casa. I letti erano comodi, la camera era pulita. Ci sono due bagni con acqua calda, una cucina e un terrazzo per rilassarsi. La guest house si trova a 5min a piedi dal mare e da tutti i servizi. Assolutamente consigliata!
