    Really nice hotel in a perfect location. Parking space not guaranteed.

    Lovely gardens, nice staff, cute parrot at reception.

    Limited parking. You have to keep asking when people check out if there is a space available. A wait list would be a good idea.

    Das Hotel, das Zimmer und der Pool waren schön, die Lage ebenfalls super!

    Die zwei französisch sprechenden Damen an der Reception waren sehr unfreundlich. Als wir eincheckten wirkte es, als hätten sie keine Lust, kurz vor Feierabend noch zu arbeiten. Bei der Buchung hiess es, ein Parkplatz sei inbegriffen, jedoch meinten sie, dass gerade kein Parkplatz frei wäre und wir es ja am nächsten Tag wieder versuchen könnten. Auf die Frage hin, wo wir dann unser Auto hinstellen könnten, meinten sie nur, dass wir es 3 Stunden auf den Parkplätzen vor dem Hotel lassen könnten, langfristige Parkplätze gebe es aber in der Stadt nicht. Damit war das Thema für sie erledigt. Auch am nächsten Tag waren die gleichen Mitarbeiterinnen nicht freundlicher, als wir einen Coin für die Wäsche holten meinten sie nur, dass die Waschmaschienen sehr "busy" seien und eine ohnehin nicht funktionieren würde (obwohl beide liefen und nichts angeschrieben war). Waschmittel konnten sie uns ebenfalls keine einzelne Portion verkaufen, da das Putzpersonal dieses nicht aufgefüllt habe. Stattdessen meinten sie, wir sollten doch einfach in den nächsten Coles gehen (wo es aber natürlich nur Grosspackungen gibt). Im Vergleich zum unglaublich freundlichen australischen Personal in anderen Hotels war das eine grosse Enttäuschung.

    Good stay for few nights

    Good ventral location in the city. Quiet and peaceful environment.

    Vanity was too small to be functional. Street parking as only few spots inside compound. Street parking free during weekend but fees during weekdays.

    A lovely resort in a great location – would definitely stay again!

    Great stay at Palms City Resort, Darwin We had a great experience staying at Palms City Resort and would definitely stay here again. Our room was standard, but it was spacious, high quality, clean and well maintained. It had air conditioning and a ceiling fan, plus an outside seating area, excellent TV service and free Wi-Fi. The gardens were beautiful and the pool was clean and inviting. The location was excellent, close to the waterfront and within easy walking distance of restaurants. There was also secure, gated parking at the rear of the property, which was a real bonus. An optional buffet breakfast is available too. Overall, a lovely place to stay in Darwin and one we would happily recommend!
