    We come for a break form busy life alway have a wonderful time.

    The location can not be beat. The island vibe is why we return to the palms year after year.

    Disappointing

    Location

    The apartment was dated but mostly clean. The sofa needed cleaning. There are no staff on site. We arrived at 8pm after a long journey from the UK and couldn't access the apartment. Our phones didn't work and we didn't have internet access. As we were about to go to try to find a hotel for the night another resident drove in and kindly helped us. She gave us the internet address and code so we were able to access the entry codes we needed. The email with codes had been sent to us after the earliest check in time and whilst we were still in the air. I contacted the agents but they are adamant they can't send codes in advance.of check in. Not a good start to a holiday.

    The view and location was fantastic

    No staff was present in the front office. Elevator was broke.. dirty towels are in washer,when arrived not clean
