    Not up to scratch

    Washing machine, pool and location were all good. Bed was comfortable. Staff communication was good.

    My room was older and in need of updating an fixing. It didnt look like these photos so I was disappointed. The couch was not comfortable and had abit of wear and tear. I had a broken door and draw that kept opening by itself. The shower kept flooding but they came twice to fix that. Then it wasnt an issue.
