Consistent A/C but relatively dingy for the price
The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was very nice to have protected off-street parking. The air conditioning made the temperature of the room feel great at night, and the shower was consistent and warm.
Photos were a bit misleading for what rooms and the space actually looks like: not sure what that main image is, but there are not three levels of rooms or two levels to the walkway over car park. My door was held together with duct tape and there seemed to be blood or some sort of dried liquid on my bedsheet. The breakfast was very limited and not especially tasty. School across the road is so, so loud on weekday mornings.
