  Volveria al lugar pero definitivamente no a este hotel

  Pesimo el personal de recepcion que ademas no habla bien ingles, no esta a la altura fe un hotel 5 estrellas. No entienden lo que es customer care.

  Würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen!

  Tolle Bedienung und sehr freundliches Personal! Auch die anderen Hotelgäste waren sehr angenehm – nicht zu laut, nett und höflich. Die Auswahl an Speisen war super und sehr vielfältig!

  a lot of places on the beach, big hotel, good food with a lot of choice, à la carte restaurant wabi sabi was great, booking offered free transfer from the airport with the hotel booking even though its family hotel, it was big enough to give space to families with kids and travelers without them.

  room with 2 bed is not really a room with 2 bed. they are so close to each other that it’s like you are sleeping in the same bed anyway. location is not that good because you have to walk to closest grocery or ATM for 15 mins in the middle of nowhere where it doesn’t look safe. ridiculously enough, there is no ATM or currency exchange in the hotel, so it’s either you exchange it in the airport with bad rate, or staff is left without tips (unless you have eur). cleaning is not good, they couldn’t clean the toilet normally with 2 or 3 days of cleaning. breakfast is not that tasty, but the rest of meals were good. it is very weird that, despite having Exclusivi app, you can’t order anything to sunbed on the beach through it. i have stayed in another hotels who had the same app and it was possible just scanning qr code of sunbed and ordering whatever you’d like. in 4 days, a guy came asking what we want to drink only ONCE. this area definitely needs improvement. weird stores on 3rd floor dont sell what you usually actually need for the beach - e.g. a hat or smth like that. also despite booking room with sea view, i was given a room on a ground floor, where you don’t have sea view but the view or working crew sitting in front of your balcony all the time so courtiers were closed all the time. and sea was not visible. awful.

  Ein wirklich erstklassiges Hotel in dem ich gerne wieder Urlaub machen möchte

  Ein wirklich tolles Hotel. Die Poolanlage ist sehr sauber und groß. Es sind immer genügend bequeme Liegen vorhanden. Animation ist vorhanden aber nicht aufdringlich. Musik am Pool ist gut und nicht zu laut. Zimmer und Service sehr sauber. Wenn etwas nicht passt zb Matratze zu hart/weich oder Kissen zu hoch/niedrig wird das umgehend ausgetauscht. Essen in allen Bereichen sehr sehr gut und reichlich. Egal ob Hauptrestaurant, Spezialrestaurants, Gözleme Station oder Bistro, überall sehr gute Qualität und schmackhaft. Strandbereich sehr sauber und auch da genügend Liegen vorhanden. Cocktails und Getränke an den vielen Bar‘s sehr lecker. Wenn Urlaub in Side dann hier.

  Der Bellboy (Kofferträger) hat sich nach der Zimmereinweisung sehr provokant an den Schrank gelehnt und sich beschwert weil mein Sohn nicht genügend Trinkgeld gegeben hat. In der Bistro Bar hat mich der Barkeeper Herr Ramasan auch um Trinkgeld angesprochen. Ich gebe grundsätzlich an den letzten Tagen gerne und reichlich Trinkgeld wenn ich zufrieden bin. Aber nicht wenn ich dazu aufgefordert werde!
