More show than substance.
Communication with the landlord was flawless. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. The view met our expectations and was lovely.
Basement apartment with no privacy. You enter the apartment by walking through the neighbor's front garden. The entire terrace is fully visible to the neighbor. Window and door fittings are substandard. There is mold in the shower. The painters did a sloppy job and left their mess behind. Honestly, this is not a particularly outstanding apartment.

Tolle Lage, bezaubernde Vermieter!
Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Der Weg in die Stadt dauert ca. 20-30 Minuten und ist angenehm, obwohl man zurück einige Treppen steigen muss. Die Kommunikation war immer problemlos, zuverlässig und unglaublich zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. :)

Everything is good. Good service, lots of useful facilities and very responsive customer service.
All facilities and stay experience are very good, the only problem is that there is a construction site near the residence, which may be noisy during the day, but this is not the problem of this property, they have done a very good job.

Beautiful accommodation with great views on quieter side of the island.
Beautiful accommodation with everything we could possibly need. Stunning views. Helpful staff who checked in via messages & sent useful information & recommendations for the area. Would happily stay again in the future.
