According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be authenticated and signed by one of the parents, and presented together with certified copies of their identity document. All minors under the age of 18 must also present a valid photo ID to prove their identity and that of their parents. This must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by his parents. Our hotel accepts pets. We accept PETs weighing up to 5 kg (only one per room), upon presentation of the vaccination card and payment of a daily rate of R$ 60.00. The hotel's electrical voltage is 220 volts. Guest visits to the apartments will only be authorized after identification of the visitor at reception, filling out the registration form and paying the extra fee. The visit is restricted to only one person. Fee for visitors R$ 50,00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
