    Average at best.

    Surprised by the lack of response from the staff to the problems we had in our room. cockroaches and a broken toilet. They address both issues, I guess, could not really determine what action they took to eliminate the cockroaches , but no offer to thank us for enduring the inconvenience, no sorry, no heres a drink voucher, no discount off the room rate.
