    Great hotel and great position - noisy room overlooking bars

    The room was spacious - although the bed was a Murphy bed, so when it was down, there wasn't as much room! The staff were friendly and helpful.

    I had asked for a quiet room - we did NOT have a quiet room. Our room view - whilst great - was VERY noisy. It overlooked thye pool (this wasn't really an issue), and the base of the Blackcomb chairlift. However, it also faced a bar - which had a stage at the front and outside the venue - it pumped music until at least 11pm - all day and night. I had asked for a change in room, but they couldn't accommodate this due to 100% capacity. If you like to go to bed early, or have children - request a room far away of this side of the hotel.

    Great location, terrible beds.

    The location was great and the pool had a great view of the mountains. Steam room was a bonus.

    Beds were awful! The slats kept falling off and was overall uncomfortable.
