Meals are prepared by Panacea's central kitchen, which has extensive experience in Western, Thai, Asian, vegetarian, and children's cuisine. All dishes are delivered and served at the villa, and there is no additional chef fee when ordering from the central kitchen -- guests only pay for the grocery cost + 25% shopping fee + 7% VAT. We are happy to accommodate special requests, including strict dietary requirements. All meals -- breakfast, lunch and dinner -- can be arranged in advance. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available, and we can provide the list upon request. If guests prefer to have their own private in-villa chef cooking directly in the villa's kitchen, this can be arranged at an additional THB 2,500++ per day, on top of food and beverage charges. Select amenities are reserved exclusively for Praana Residence guests, including access to the gym, tennis court, boxing ring, kids’ room, sauna, cinema room, wine cellar, game room, and nightclub. Guests booked under other residences (Kalya, Purana, Atulya, and Avasara) will not have access to these facilities."This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.     Panacea Retreat is something special. Champ and his team are the heart of the place — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the stay memorable. Nothing was too much trouble. The in-house dining was a real highlight: consistently excellent, the kind of food that makes you happy to eat in rather than venture out. And the view is stunning — the sort you don't get tired of looking at. The villa itself is enormous, with space to spread out and properly relax.

    The only downside worth mentioning is the steep hill — getting a Grab up to the villa can be a bit of a hassle. But that's a genuinely minor point, and we happily lived with it given everything else on offer. The views and quality of the villa are worth trading for the hassle of a 7 minute taxi...!

    The perfect retreat stay - once in a lifetime!

    Panacea resort was just perfect. Our Villa Manager Khun was there to greet us along with the staff and welcome us into the villa. It is set in the hills and we had a great view of the island. Such a unique and special experience- a private pool and complete privacy from the other villas. We had complimentary breakfast every morning and also ordered some provisions for our stay. Although not our original plan as we thought we’d be out in the evenings, we loved the food and villa so much we opted for the chef cooked meals each night. We were travelling with children (10 & 5) with plenty of options for them. The adults had the most delicious Thai food - we highly recommend the sea bass, chicken and cashew, Tom yum and pineapple rice. On the last night we opted for a BBQ with largest langoustines I have ever seen! The villa was peaceful, modern touches like air con in the bedrooms, completely safe and the staff were very attentive. We loved them all. The villa is about a 4-5min drive to fisherman’s village and the main town but Grabs are easy to find and the villa can also arrange transportation. We were there for 3 nights anf wished we could have stayed longer. We organised the elephant sanctuary through the villa as it was important to us that it was ethical and the elephants cared for. I would recommend highly doing this. We also booked independently a private tour of Koh Samui and saw some amazing things for as little as £24 per person - amazing value. We also arranged Thai massages through the villa as the service is carried out at the villa in guest bedrooms. It was amazing value for money and we all felt brand new! This is a breathtaking, once in a lifetime stay. Great for families, friends and couples. If you’re going to Koh Samui and want a taste of luxury at an affordable price with lovely staff, we highly recommend.

    The stay was perfect. The only thing to mention is that the pool walls and some areas of the floor were a little abrasive. It was fine for us adults but with the young ones who were kicking off from the sides and swimming to the bottom, they did have some minor grazing to their fingers, toes. Not dangerous but just something to be mindful of.

    Top Service mit einer traumhaften Aussicht!

    Bunny und ihr Team haben uns perfekt umsorgt. Es wurde auf alle Wünsche eingegangen und waren dennoch unauffällig im Hintergrund.
