    **Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth ₹2,000** A complete waste of money. The room was **extremely small with no proper ventilation**. There was **no hot water, no drinking water, and apparently no room service**. The tap was broken, and there were **no towels or soap** provided. Even the body wash was basically just a couple of drops diluted with water. When I complained at the reception, the attitude was basically, **“You have already paid, so there is no option—just stay.”** There was absolutely no sense of customer service or concern. The property is also **not elderly-friendly**. The iron staircase is difficult to climb, especially for older people. There is **no proper car parking** either. For **₹2,000**, the facilities and service were nowhere close to what should reasonably be expected. Overall, a very disappointing stay and definitely **not worth the money**.
