2da vez que me pasa que no encuentran la reserva de mi habitación y no resuelven con agilidad y amababilidad. Tuve que buscar yo una alternativa. La primera vez que me pasó, la recepcionista solo me decía que no estaba y que estaba completo y no solucionaba nada. Son muy poco atentos en estos casos y poco proactivos. Deben mejorar la atención al cliente en estos casos. En todo lo demas, es muy grato y recomendado.
