    The ambiance is great

    The hotel is great, and ive been here several times but your customer service is really going down. It took more tha three hours to get the room set up as requested. I had to call twice before any action was taken. The waiting staff on the dinning area were very rude.

    Loved it it was amazing. Staff were amazing.

    They don't keep an extra blanket in the room. Night can get cold however when I requested extra, they promptly brought me one so can't complain really.
