東アジア系だけあってまず、他のアコモデーションと比しても群を抜いて清潔感がある。日本のカプセルホテルをイメージして作られていて日本と同じくらい清潔感がある

I'll never book a pod hotel again.
Negative experience from start to finish. From the very beginning I had issues with the verification email sent by Booking.com. I contacted Panda Pod and they immediately moved all communications to Whatsapp. The interactions were very rigid cold and impersonal. " Follow the steps sent to you. We can't help you any further". I should have cancelled then ,but I proceeded to upload sensitive passport info through Whatsapp ( I later found out was a violation of Bookings.com vendor policies). I arrived at night. The entrance was in the corner of a dark parking lot. My entrance code didn't work. I was being monitored on camera and was let in. It felt empty like no one else was there. I fumbled around finding my key fob a speaker voice would correct when I made a mistake. Walking down the hall I was reprimanded for not putting on my slippers first. I was being monitored by cameras everywhere. When I couldn't get the key fob to work opening the dorm area a loud alarm went off. That felt very off since it's supposed to be a quiet space. I felt uncomfortable even thinking about trying to sleep there. I left immediately and booked a regular hotel nearby. I pray I wasn't scammed. I texted that all my personal information they collected ( passport info)be deleted from their files. They said they did but who knows . I'll never book a pod hotel again.
