Perfect stay inside Ávila’s historic walls for our family event! We booked a stay here for a group of 4 to attend a family baby christening, and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment was completely spotless, beautifully maintained, and gave us plenty of space to get ready for the special occasion. The location within the heritage area is incredible. Being surrounded by such rich history made our family weekend feel even more memorable. It was a beautiful, stress-free base for our trip, and we would highly recommend it to any families or small groups visiting Ávila!

Nette, zentrale Unterkunft mit Lärmproblem. Für 3er Gruppen, ohne Pärchen
Perfekte zentrale Lage. Gegend ist bia auf ein paar Nebenstraßen ganz hübsch und nahe der Stadtfestung. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Saubere Wohnung. Lange Terrasse zu einem Innenhof mit Wäscheleine, eher für Abends. Grosser Kühlschrank mit Gefrierenschrank.
Bis ca. 01:00 recht laut auf der Kopfsteinplaster Strasse von dem Nordfenster (1.Stock). Morgens ab 6 wird es auch wieder laut durch Berufsleben und Zulieferungen. Eine Klimaanlage täte der Wohnung gut, aber Nachtkühlung funktioniert ok. Bad und Küche könnten mehr Haken und Regale fur Eigenbedarf haben. 3 Betten, aber das Paarbett ist zu schmal für 2 Personen. Wasserkocher hatte braune Brandflecken auf der Heizplatte. Hat wohl jemand Milch gekocht.

La anfitriona es muy amable y se ha portado muy bien con nosotros. Llegamos más tarde de la hora prevista y nos lo puso todo muy fácil y no nos puso ningún problema. El apartamento está muy limpio y la ubicación está bien y se puede aparcar sin problema.
