  Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage!

  Sehr schöne großzügige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Klimaanlagen in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer in sehr guter Lage mit Balkon und Meerblick. Es wurde Kaffee und Frühstück, sowie Getränke bereitgestellt. Der Checkinn war unkompliziert, der Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

  Appartamento giusto per 4 persone

  Le risposte irritanti con chi ho parlato,a diverse problematiche la signora ha risposto che poi avrebbe provveduto in seguito,una buona host controlla e non fitta l appartamento con problematiche.

  Appartamento luminoso in centro a castellamare

  L'appartamento era luminoso e pulito, con spazi accoglienti L'host super premuroso e ha sempre risposto in pochissimo tempo

  TERRIBLE

  my elderly parents and I had just finished a long distance travel and this was the next destination, very tired on arrival with my husband having just picked up a rental car and waiting outside offloading and looking for parking. just managed to find the building number, and main entranace instruction messaged via whatsapp was OK. Had travelling finding the actual flat because the hall way was dark and nobody at reception. The instruction said "staircase A elevator" which I couldn't exactly identify with although there were stairs (wasn't sure if they WERE the stairs which was called something else). I called the host on whatsapp, who was an Italian lady. She got frustrated with me and raised her voice. Went up the stairs and it was dark, in Italy level 2 is actualy level 3 because the first level is 0. I opened the black box there were 2 keys I thought they were copies of each other, the instruction said yellow keys but the hall way was dark so tried the first key which opened the main door - then there were 2 more doors one of which opened with this key. Then I called her again to make sure we were in the right place because I couldn't see the sea when I booked "sea view". She started freaking out and spoke very loudly not to touch anything that she would come down personally (why didn't she do this in the first place?). Then she knocked on the door and started talking aggressively whether I used the toilet - no, because I had a feeling it wasn't the right flat. Then she said why didn't I pick up the yellow keys which was pretty by dark beige from deprecation, then she asked whether English was my first language and where I was from which was CONDESCENDING. Confusion like this can happen when a traveller tries to find a place in a novel place - not understanding at all and if this was that important she should have left just one key there until I checked in. No microwave and kettle in the kitchen, no soup bowls.

  Not a luxury apartment

  The location was excellent...5 minutes walk to the beach, train station and ferry port

  The apartment was definitely not luxury.. the toilet seat was broken on arrival. No bulb in the bedside lamp. The kitchen/ sitting area had no small lamp for the evening Hardly any plugs.... no free plug to charge phone. No mirror close to any plug when trying to dry hair... Definitely did not feel luxury
