    Convenient location . Good facilities

    Better signing of the property from the road unkempt exterior of property patio area no instructions for bathroom heater so no facilities for drying towels or wet coats

    Clean central cottage in Ballater

    Very clean and central cottage. Ideal for ahort stay. Nice kitchen area if you want to eat in. Light and airy upstairs with nice window seat in the bedroom with great view.

    The first impressions are not great with the weeds by the door and the untidy garden. The bed was not very comfy for a couple as rolling into the centre. The shower didnt shut off with rhe control ..needed to be switched off at the switch. Tv kept breaking up. All in all needs a little tlc to improve.

    Cosy cottage in the middle of Ballater within easy walking distance of the village centre. Plenty of on street parking nearby. House was warm and had everything we needed.

    Only useful thing missing was a cafetiere!

    Great area for walking and exploring.

    Great location, Ballater is a lovely town. Shopping, restaurants, pubs and walks all within walking distance. Cosy cottage with everything you need, including great outdoor space. Best shower of the three week trip.

    The bed is terrible, it’s only a double, so on the small side. And it’s swayed, so you spend the night clinging to the side or jumbled in the middle. The outdoor furniture needs an update, very tired.

    Good time in Ballater

    The cottage was very clean and in a fantastic location. We enjoyed our stay 🙂

    WiFi would be useful but it's lack didn't cause us any problems
