    Жахливий сервіс, відношення гидке. Культура на нулювому рівні

    Жахливі господарі, непривітні, не відповіли на телефонний дзвінок і прохання пізнього заселення. Проігнорували 15 телефонних дзвінків, кидали трубку. У готель нас з малими дітьми не запустили, повернути кошти відмовилися. Сервіс жахливий. Знаходиться в незручному районі. Шкодую, що не почитала відгуки в Гуглі перед тим як бронювати

    We couldn't check-in at this guesthouse so before starting, it was a bad experience.

    The name is somehow missleading. We were looking for Pannonia Hotel in Parndorf outlet and this facility apeared as available under the name Pannonia as well, in Parndof. So for a tourist is hard to distinquish the two if you don't assume there are more than one Pannonia.

    We have arrived from the Parndorf outlet around 10 o'clock p.m and there was no reception, nobody answered at the phone they gave us on the email. So we have paid for the night but we had no chance in getting the room because there was no personnel to assist us. At one point, at the second call, they rejected the call.
