  Would definitely recommend this place. Perfect location and great host

  Was such a perfect location and the host, Olga was very knowledgeable and helpful. Made the best traditional cake for us on arrival and coffee. Very kind!! The room was very comfortable and clean and we had a small balcony with a view to the water. At the end of the driveway was the water and many cafe/restaurants.

  There are a few flight of stairs which are fine, just a bit difficult if you have heavy suitcases but we managed fine.

  Rolig, hyggelig hotell med kort vei til Gamlebyen og restauranter.

  Rolig beliggenhet, 10 minutter å gå til den flotte Gamlebyen langs en fin strandpromenade. Veldig hyggelig vertinne, Olga, som møtte oss med kaffe og kake og god orientering om Kotor, steder å besøke og sightseeingturer. Hun hjalp oss å bestille taxi, til fixed price, og var i det hele tatt hjelpsom, vennlig og gjestfri. Hotellet er rent og hyggelig, og kan anbefales.

  Det er ikke frokostservering på hotellet, men en koselig restaurant med gode, rimelige frokostretter like nedenfor hotellet. Det er ikke heis, men Olga hjelper til med å bære opp bagasjen.

  Excellent location close to all amenities

  Olga was very friendly and helpful and informative of the local area, places to visit and how to travel to them. We received a tea/coffee on arrival with a sweet treat and the following day there was a traditional Montenegro cake waiting for us in our room. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed linen and towels were changed every other day. The location is excellent, in a quiet area and the surrounding area is beautiful. Panonija is a stones throw away from the waterfront and a 10/15 minutes walk to the old town. There are two supermarkets 5/10 minute walk away and the main bus station is 15/20 minutes walk away. A taxi from the airport is 40 euros and back to the airport is 30 euros. We can highly recommend Bonita 99 just across the road from Panonija for drinks and the pizzas are exceptionally good. The staff here are very friendly too. Overall, we would recommend staying at Panonija.
