Great view with your glass of wine
Great location and view. Always felt safe. Check-in and check-out was easy with clear instructions. Rental company was very helpful with any questions. Communication with the company was quick and effortless.

Well equiped
Walls need a paint & doors need a good wash. Property is advertised to have a tumble dryer, which it doesnt. A cleaning fee was added and not stipulated upfront / upon making the booking. Pls be transparent with fees.

Overpriced and poor condition.
Camps Bay location, large bedroom. Good storage. Spare bedroom for bags etc.
The issues we have with this property which should've been sorted with previous inventory checks are; 1.smell in bathroom - leak or not cleaned thoroughly 2. Fridge water dispenser dirty & unsafe to use 3. Cupboard doors loose/ falling off in lounge and kitchen 4. Damaged bedroom lampshades - poor presentation 5. Terrace not mopped properly yesterday ( sorted as cleaner was stIll on site ) 6. In the propr arrival notes it states cleaning will have been done before our arrival. We requested 3pm - 4pm arrival and the cleaner was still here at 315pm. The 7. 2 bulbs in the lounge ceiling light do not work causing the others to flicker annoying when in use 8. 2 patio chairs broken and very uncomfortable 9. Tv box not working -not enough signal strength connections? 10. Kitchen blind broken 11. Bathroom blind broken 12.shower door handle and shower shelves missing. The balcony shows a table and 4 chairs- we had 2 battered chairs that were unacceptable. We are extremely disappointed with the presentation of this apartment and the many issues we are reporting. Very poor value for money given the issues. The pictures do make it look better than the reality. We were refunded 20% of our stay and even this was problematic that was eventually resolved through Booking.com Maybe ok for a 1 or 2 night stay but not longer.
