  Tentokrat velke zklamani z personalu a pristupu k hostum.

  V tomto hotelu se ubytovavam casto, protoze mi vyhovuje polohou. Vzdy to bylo az na nejake drobnosti naprosto v poradku. Proto se taky sem vracim. Pokoje jsou v pohode pokud si objenate vyssi kategorii.

  Stare pokoje (v kategorii classic) a postel, ktera se hybe s kazdym otocenim. Personal je ne vzdy prijemny a ochotny, zalezi na koho zrovna natrefite. Check-in s komplikacemi… to co jinde funguje automaticky tady si musite vypisat a hlavne ohlidat. Pres to ze jste tam byl ubytovany uz minimalne 10 krat! pokazde si musite vypisovat udaje na formular. Recepcni pak neni schopny si vsimnout adresu a neopravnene vyzaduje od vas zaplatit poplatek. A misto omluvy (protoze se muze stat, ze se nevsimne) se pak snazi objajit tim, ze si i tak neni jisty zda preci jen nemam ten poplatek zaplatit. Kdo by to asi tak mel vedet?!… Obsluha na snidani….. Vetsinou mladi studenti, kteri prubezne ramuji stoly a sem tam se i usmeju. Tentokrat tam byla starsi pani (ceska), ktera byla arogantni, neprijemna a tvarila se jako by tam byla za trest a vsechny hosti okolo ji obtezovali. Toto fakt nechcete videt a resit pri snidani.

  בית מלון, מצויין, ספא ברמה כלול במחיר החדר, בריכת שחיה טובה נקיה ומסודרת. אומנם קצת רחוק מלב העיר אבל תחבוה ציבורית מעולה לכל מקום. במרחק 200/300 מטר מהמלון ישנה תחנת רכבת מטרו וגם חשמלית. ארוחת בוקר מעולה, מבחר גבינות נקניקים (מעולים) , ירקות , ביצים, קפה ועוד. הכל נקי , אנשי הקבלה מאוד נחמדים ואדיבים. 2 נקודות חשובות !, האמבכל כך גבוהה.טיה בחדר רחצה גבוהה מאוד , ממש מסוכן לצאת ממנה, אפשרי להחליק שם , לא ברור מדוע היא נבנתה ריח של ביוב מידי פעם בכניסה לחדר, לאחר יומיים /שלושה נוכחנו להבין שהריח הזה נמצא גם בחוץ ליד בנינים אחרים וגם כאשר הלכנו ברחבי העיר, כנראה שזו בעיה כללית An excellent hotel; a high-quality spa is included in the room rate, and the swimming pool is good, clean, and well-maintained. Although it is a bit far from the city center, there is excellent public transportation to everywhere; a metro station and a tram stop are located just 200–300 meters from the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, featuring a selection of cheeses, cold cuts (which were superb), vegetables, eggs, coffee, and more. Everything is clean, and the reception staff are very nice and courteous. Two important points! The bathtub in the bathroom is very high, making it quite dangerous to step out of—there is a risk of slipping, and it is unclear why it was built so high. There was an occasional smell of sewage at the room entrance; after two or three days, we realized that this odor was present outside near other buildings and even while walking around the city—it seems to be a general issue. 4X4Gili
