  Beautiful place - room for improvement with management and amenities

  The property itself is beautiful, spacious, very clean, and offers excellent privacy, away from the noise and bustle of the city. The bedding is excellent quality and extremely comfortable, the views are beautiful, and the terraces are spectacular. Overall, the house is a very pleasant and relaxing place to spend time. Unfortunately, the management and logistics do not match the quality of the property. Communication before check-in was chaotic. The property is managed remotely by a US-based company, and the representatives we spoke with seemed unfamiliar with the house and its amenities. For example, when we asked about heating, we were told that all the air-conditioning units also functioned as heaters. This turned out to be incorrect: only the ground floor had heating, while the middle and upper floors did not. There were also several practical shortcomings: Kitchen equipment: The kitchen lacked basic cooking utensils, cups, kitchen towels, and other essentials. Hot water: The hot water on the middle floor only worked when the faucet handle was positioned in a very specific way, something that was never explained to us. The hot water supply was also quite limited. Laundry: The absence of a washing machine is a significant inconvenience, especially for longer stays. Coffee machine: The machine requires specific capsules that we couldn’t find in nearby supermarkets. It would be helpful either to provide a more practical coffee machine, supply sufficient capsules, or inform guests in advance about the type required. Basic supplies: There were not enough essentials such as trash bags. Overall, this is a beautiful property with enormous potential. The space, cleanliness, privacy, bedding, and views are all excellent.   Overall excellent just the one item for feedback

  The property was beautiful with a lovely view.

  For a high end property they provided one towel per person for five days. The listing states extra towels and linens at Petra charge.

  Traditional chic house at San Miguel

  The place was wonderful. Thoughtfully decorated and furnished for a comfy stay with a San Miguel typical vibe. Each room and bathroom was cozy and aesthetic. Walking distance to pretty much anywhere in town. A lot of amenities and convenience items included. And the views: love!!! Would definitely stay again.

  Although it is walking distance to almost anywhere in town, keep in mind that it’s not an easy walk if you have elderly members in your party, or even small kids. We used the onsite garage, while convenient, we ended up leaving the car there for the length of our stay since it was tricky to come in and out.

  Very good
