    I’m trying to be constructive here - the view was stunning; the overall ambiance was of a slightly tired facility requir

    The view. Cleanliness. Proximity to amenities without being overbearing. Large private outdoor space. Shower quality and size. Response times to issues raised.

    Nighttime lighting for access could be better. No mugs for coffee, just 4 very small tea cups. No toothbrush glasses. No oven as stated. No toaster as stated (sandwich maker is not a toaster). Cutlery consisted of 4 knives, 3 forks, 4 tablespoons and only 2 teaspoons which were not matching.

    Ok, but

    The room and common areas are very clean. The pool view features the stunning panorama view. We were off season so often you could have the pool to yourself. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, big patio.

    We were placed at the ground floor, which meant the panorama view was obscured by some bushes, we had lack of privacy in the patio from the passing guests and most of all we had a lack of air in the room. There are no windows but just patio doors, which you have to leave open at night if you want to breathe. It didn't feel very safe sleeping with doors open on the ground floor. The resort is very quiet though so that helped. Also, loads of mosquitoes were coming through the open door as there were no mosquito nets. Air con with only heat or fan mode (no ac). In general it would be comfortable, but some basic stuff, like tea cups were missing, that made the stay a bit awkward.

    Very clean and comfortable .. good location and apartment serviced daily. Staff very helpful and accommodating.
