Recommend to stay. Make sure you get the responses from the host in advance.
The property is excellent - recently build, modern, well equipped, has a backyard with magnificent lake view (see the picture). Exceeded our expectations. For meal, I'd highly recommend Seerestaurant Brauerei, Muhlehorn, it's 5 min drive and has the dining terrace at the lake. You can't beat the experience!
1. This place has only 2 bedrooms, not three (3) as is advertised. We used the family room for third person sleep, it was comfortable, but again - only two (2) actual bedrooms. 2. Communication with the host. We never received any instructions in advance, despite multiple requests and reminders, up to 4 hours prior to arrival. It was very concerning - you are driving in unknown country, you realize that you'd get to the property very late, 21:00 or later, and you have no idea how to get inside. We actually started looking for the alternative location (even though this one was already paid), but again - we literally didn't know if anyone would tell us how to get in. Finally, everything was resolved, we got to the place (pictures were provided at the very last moment), parked, got in (the door was open, key was on the table), and then we couldn't figure out how to turn on the heaters; host's son came to visit us, he was very polite, kind, and tried to be helpful, but didn't know either how to turn the heaters on. Finally, everything worked out, we enjoyed the stay, and I would recommend to stay there; place is great. However, I would definitely prefer the timely (48 hours in advance) communication and better organization of the stay by the host.

Toll eingerichtete, moderne und große Wohnung (2 Schlafzimmer, Terrasse, Küche komplett eingerichtet). Wir durften unsere Motorräder im Carport unterstellen. Sehr netter Kontakt über whatsapp.
Die Lage (hoch über dem See) ist nichts für Spaziergänger, die gleich und direkt am See laufen wollen.
