    Отличное местоположение. Состояние апартаментов, чистота. Есть все необходимое на месте готовки.

    1. Прекрасный вид из окна на Батуми и море. Название апартаментов оправдано на 100% 2. Отличное местоположение. В шаговой доступности Батуми Мол, Макдоналдс, пляж не далеко 3. В апартаментах есть все необходимое. Стиральная машинка, утюг, фен, кондиционер, микроволновка, плита и так далее. Всё новое и свежее. 4. Апартаменты на 22 этаже в новом доме. В подъезде есть 3 лифта. Никаких очередей. 1-2 минуты и лифт подан. 5. Хозяин практически всегда на связи. Не было никаких проблем с заселением. Хозяин встретил нас у подъезда. Все подробно объяснил. Рекомендую данные апартаменты на все 100%

    The apartment isn't huge, it's basically a big studio, but it's packed with all the appliances you could possibly think of, including a dishwasher. Lots of electrical sockets spread across the place. The owner was very nice and helpful, always staying in touch for any questions. The location is also perfect, 5 minutes walk to the sea, lots of shops and grocery stores around.

    The pillows were uncomfortable( Thin and full of lumps. The owner took notice and said he might replace them. The soundproofing was poor, we heard a baby crying next door during the night.
