    The view was amazing and the hot tub was a highlight overlooking the caldera view

    The lifts stopped working, uneven stairs to access to vila we went to and the air conditioners were leaking with water before accessing the stairs to our villa which we slipped a few times. Walked a lot of stairs to get to our villa and the pool area, we found the facilities okay. For the love we expected more with the interior of the villa and would be nice if they offered breakfast to the room for this price

    Our first visit to Greece and we travel often. This portion of our stay was outstanding.

    We stayed three nights and the location was wonderful. In the heart of Santorini’s shopping district and in close proximity to many restaurants. The suite we were in was comfortable with a full, beautiful Caldera view from our balcony. The hotel staff was very accommodating. They facilitated our transfers and helped us rent a car for a day. If you stay in Santorini for several days, we recommend you explore the island. It’s easy to navigate.

    Overall , great !

    We actually ended up in another property as room in Panorama Suites was flooded - this was called Porto Fira Hotel Thiras Lovely room and view , great breakfast , helpful friendly staff
