    Die Lage und der Ausblick ist unglaublich schön

    Da meine Tochter einen Migräneschub hatte, haben wir uns nachdem Morgenessen nochmals hingelegt und das rote Türschild hingehängt. Trotzdem wurde geklopft und weil wir geschlafen haben konnten wir nicht gerade reagieren und es wurde versucht reinzukommen. Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde erst am Abreisetag ein Feedback gegeben. Die Erklärung war das gewisse Gäste vergessen das Schild zu drehen und im Normalfall um diese Zeit niemand auf dem Zimmer sei, was für ein 4Sterne Hotel haarsträubend ist. Desweiteren hatte meine Tochter beim Abendessen einige Gräten in einem Fischgericht. Auch auf diesen Tadel kam kein entsprechendes Entgegenkommen. Der sogenannte Pool und Wellnessbereich ist auch nich annähernd so ansprechend wie auf den Fotos. Die Scheibe total verdreckt und in den Duschen Schwarzschimmel in den Duschen. Trotz diversen Reklamationen an diversen Orten wurde uns nicht einmal ein Getränk spendiert oder eine Reduktion auf den Preis.

    Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

    Großes Zimmer mit einer grandiosen Aussicht vom Balkon aus, ebenso vom Frühstücksraum, ausgezeichnete Küche.
