Traumhafte Auszeit
Das Panoramahotel ist unser Wohlfühlort. Wir waren am Wochenende zum dritten mal für eine kurze Auszeit im Panoramahotel und wieder war es wunderschön. Egal ob an der Rezeption, im Spa, Restaurant, einfach überall ist so eine herzliche Stimmung, die ansteckend wirkt. Das Abendessen und Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Am Freitag die Küchenpartie war wie immer ein Highlight. Super Essen, gute Stimmung, schöner Abend ...... Gerade hier, wenn man dem Personal so nahe ist, sieht man, mit welcher Leidenschaft und Freude hier gearbeitet wird. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat gesagt, sie sind eine große Familie und das spürt man. Echt schön. Das ganze Hotel ist so gut durchdacht, für uns passt hier einfach alles. Am Geburtstag meines Mannes stand eine Flasche Sekt auf dem Frühstückstisch und eine persönliche Karte. Außerdem wurde ihm vom Geschäftsführer gratuliert. Das hat uns total überrascht und sehr begeistert. Es sind die vielen kleinen Gesten, die dieses Hotel so groß machen. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

A cozy and pleasant hotel
A very cozy hotel that felt like a true oasis of relaxation after a long journey. 😊 What we enjoyed most was the dinner experience – there was a special programme, and the concert took place right in the kitchen. We had never seen anything like it before, so it was such a fun and memorable experience! We also appreciated the thoughtful details for children – there was a sandbox and a shaded area in the courtyard, which was lovely. A big thank you to the staff, who found a solution when we arrived late and made sure we could still get some food from the restaurant, even though it had already closed. Such a lovely gesture and great care for the guests.
On the downside, we missed having a minibar and a telephone in the room – whenever we needed something, we had to go to reception.
