  The accommodation has a fantastic location, right in the city centre on one of the most beautiful and lively streets. It is located on the 4th floor, and fortunately, the building has an elevator. The apartment is huge, with plenty of storage space. It is spread over two levels and has several terraces offering beautiful views of the city and the surrounding landmarks. Communication with the hosts was smooth and hassle-free.

  The apartment would benefit from some investment in repairs and maintenance. For example, some of the cabinet doors and drawers in the kitchen, particularly those that are used most frequently, were coming loose. The red sun loungers on the terrace were also torn, and there were some signs of water damage on the walls. There was also only one inexpensive wine glass available. Check-in is only possible after 5:00 PM, while check-out is before 10:00 AM, which I found a little inconvenient. The terrace also has a high-quality hot tub, which unfortunately I never used because there is a huge hotel terrace only about 10 metres away. People are eating there almost constantly, and the hot tub is directly visible from the hotel terrace, so there is very little privacy. I would strongly recommend installing some kind of privacy screen or partition around the hot tub, which would make it much more enjoyable to use. That said, the apartment is still exceptionally well equipped and clearly shows the quality it was built with. It features marble floors, high-quality bathroom and toilet fixtures, and overall, it must have been a very high-end apartment when it was furnished around 20 years ago. Today, however, some of the wooden furniture is starting to show its age and the signs of time. I should point out that I am quite detail-oriented, so these things bothered me personally, but they may not be an issue for other guests.

  Posizione centralissima, vista spettacolare, letti comodi Staff valido. Ha sempre risposto con efficacia alle nostre richieste. Comodissimo per chi cerca la movida notturna senza eccessi

  L'acqua delle docce non era calda Bagni al piano notte senza privacy (1 bagno è aperto nella camera da letto e non è certo fruibile liberamente e l'altro ha le pareti di cristallo satinate e senza chiave).
