Overpriced for a mouldy flat
The apartment is comfortably furnished and the view is beautiful. Its conveniently located just outside of Polis and on the way to Latsi.
The sickly smell of damp and mould was overwhelming. There are numerous patches of damp on the ceiling and walls so suspect the flat roof needs repair. The ceiling in the kitchen area looked as though it could give way at any moment. We tried to ventilate the apartment as much as possible but the traffic noise from the road was unbearably loud and the lack of fly screens meant we had to close the windows at dusk before we became inundated with mosquitoes etc. The bedding linens were clean but the heavy throw was disgusting with stains and what looked like years of dirt. Overall, the apartment felt like it was unloved, which is fine, but its not acceptable to charge people so much money to stay in accommodation that's so poorly maintained.

Location, efficient check in and check out
Smell (due to mould and not proper ventilation), needs some renovation for the walls and ceilings
