Dont waste your money!!
The location
Carpets and furniture filthy, sofa is tiny for the occupancy, huge subsidence cracks throughout the flat and communal areas, no hot water for the first day and then shower dribbled and you were unable to stand under it as the holder was broke, electric shower installed but doesn’t work, signs advising the building is being replaced by 2 houses, it needs to happen soon so others don’t waste their money on this place, its obvious its not been looked after for years and booking.com and Stai the managing agents just ignore your messages.

The view and the location was good , there is a reason you don’t have any pictures of the front of the building .
Where do you start , from the stained carpets , broken window locks , shower not working ,terrible wifi. The grounds of the building as you turn up for your stay is badly kept . Glass and rubbish in the front garden and you can hear everything throughout the building . The building had serious subsidence issues with crack and ill fitting windows in the halls and entrance . All of this for the princely sum of £700+ for 3 nights .

It is a death trap and needs overhauling. This is cat fishing. Avoid this place for your safety
The property is mapped out for construction, with severe cracks all over. It appeared dangerous for a family especially for a child. The location is awesome but health first. The pictures you see must have been taken years ago or AI generated photos. This is cat fishing avoid. I took my family to a nearby hotel and our journey was cut short
It is a death trap and needs overhauling. I raised the concern, they acknowledged it and then I was totally ignore. I am happy I got a place for a night at The Nici with my family.
