Very bad
The only thing that i liked about the property is the view and the location
You can’t use the pool when you want. It is not family friendly and you are under surveillance with a culvert camera in one of the apartments. Also in the apartment you can find cockroaches and other insects and it could do with a bit of updating because everything looks run down. This is a residential complex not holiday complex and if you make any noise we have been threatened with the removal with the police. We are not a noisy family we just wanted to spend some time at the pool and the restrictions on the pool was changed 3 times during our 11 nights stay. The pool rules are that you can use it from 09am till 13.00pm and then again from 16.00pm to 21.00pm to allow for siesta for residents. Beware that if you like the pool you may find that these times will change again as it happened to us and on 2 occasions the pool was closed completely. The pool could do with a make over due to falling paint that you can scratch yourself. Also at the pool you are not allowed to have any drinks, inflatables or smoking. All in all we have been coming to Gran Canaria for the past 15 years and this is the worst experience ever. The apartment it doesn’t states any pool rules or that is a residential complex so please be aware if you have children because you might find yourself without accommodation.

Días perfectos en Gran Canaria para repetir!!!
La ubicación y las vistas son espectaculares, cerca de todo, despertar con esas vistas es un lujo. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, aunq el clima es tan bueno q casi no es necesario. Sin duda para repetir la isla tiene muchos rincones bonitos.
El apartamento está muy bien pero le falta bastante mantenimiento y limpieza, es una pena q un apartamento tan especial le tenga q poner alguna pega, falta menaje en la cocina pq no hay ni sartén q se pueda usar, el horno y la tostadora estaba tan sucio q hubo q limpiarlo , la lencería de las camas, faltan almohadas , las toallas..... Hay detalles q restan bastante para lo bueno q es el lugar. Y al no tener parking hay días q resulta muy difícil aparcar pero al final se consigue pq hay mucha zona para ello. El acceso a la playa tiene 130 escalones q se bajan y suben sin problema si estás bien a su vez las vistas son muy bonitas.
