Amazing location, close to everything. Great parking spot. Wonderful pools and entertainment for family. Highly recommend.

Great view from the balcony and convenient locations. Free parking with own spot. 2 great pools and spas.

The place was dirty. The pillows looked like they hadn't be replaced in years. The shower door didn't shut properly. The cutlery and crockery was not clean and in desperate need of being replaced. There was not enough cutlery for a family of 4 to eat a meal together. For the price I would expect a much better unit. The facilities of the hotel was great but the room itself is not up to standard to be renting out.

    Wouldn’t stay again.

    Location and view

The aircon didn’t work and there wasn’t enough blankets so we were all freezing and specifically messaged to confirm there would be would be enough blankets before arriving which they confirmed there would be. Weren’t enough pillows, TV in the main bedroom didn’t work, toaster didn’t work, not enough dishes and cutlery, shower leaks and is held together with bulldog clips. The room is in dire need of some work.

The location and the view. It was pretty clean when we got there and kept it that way. Heated pool and all other facilities were fantastic.

There were ants in the kitchen. Not enough amenities for the kitchen or the bathroom. 3 rolls of toilet paper for five people. Did not know who to contact to provide more amenities or to pick up and refresh towels. Half of the knives in the draw were snapped off. We had to go and buy sponges for the dishes as the one provided was old. Not enough coffee or sugar. On the balcony only 3 chairs 4th was torn and broken. Only one key provided for five people

    APARTMENT 3177 GETS ZERO STARS

    Location

Apartment 3177 gets ZERO STARS. I have stayed in Mantra hotels/apartments previously and have been quite happy. But apartment 3177 at the Mantra Towers of Chevron in Surfers Paradise was completely different. On arrival I started with a very confusing list of instructions to access the keys, carpark, etc. and eventually gained access with my single key and lift fob. I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment which advertised it accommodated 5 people. On entering the apartment my instant thought was it appeared shabby and not particularly clean. Dirty glass windows with greasy finger/hand prints, dirty lumps of food and scuff marks on the walls, broken or no light fittings, dirt on the floor and holes in the wall. The air con control was unreadable so I had no idea which buttons to press to control it. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, a tv stand and a tv. No bedside tables, no shelving or drawers. When looking to plug in my daughter's mobile phone we found a short cabled power board with exposed wires and clearly a hazard. The main bedroom has 2 single beds joined to make a king  which would be ok except that they are at differing heights. As in the second bedroom there is no shelving or drawers available to unpack clothes into and as I am there for 9 nights and have various functions to go to I have quite a lot of clothing. In the bathroom, the "toiletries provided" included 2 X miniature sample bottles each of shampoo and shower gel as well as 1 miniature cake of hand soap. When I went to put the shower gel in the tiny shower, the soap holder was unattached and dangling loosely and the hose shower is held on with rusted bulldog clips. When I went to unpack the small amount of food I had brought I found there was someone else's old food still in the cupboard. There were 3 plastic bowls big enough to be serving bowls and 6 mismatched plastic and china plates for the potential 5 people staying.
