Overall, this property should not be allowed on Booking.com due to its poor conditions and dishonest treatment of guests
WARNING: SCAMMERS! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! This was one of the worst apartment rental experiences of my life. First of all, the apartment was not properly maintained: - The toilet on the second floor was not working at all. - There was no soap in any of the bathrooms. - The cleaning was done very poorly — the house was clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. But the biggest issue is that this property scams guests with a €1000 security deposit. They take a huge deposit before check-in and promise to return it within 7 days after check-out. However, when you leave, nobody comes to inspect the property with you. They simply tell you to leave the keys and go. Then after you leave, they do not return the deposit unless you start chasing them and asking for it back. Once you contact them, they suddenly begin inventing ridiculous excuses to keep your money: - “You didn’t take out the trash” — even though there was no trash bin anywhere within 500 meters. - “You didn’t make the beds.” - “You didn’t wash the towels.” Since when is it a guest’s responsibility to do the cleaning service’s job after already paying for accommodation? Moreover, nowhere in the property rules or booking conditions does it say that guests must pay extra cleaning fees after check-out. This was never mentioned during booking or in the house rules. Then they say they are “waiting for the cleaning company invoice” for two weeks, keeping you waiting with no clear answer. After all this, they suddenly charge €450 for cleaning services. This is absolutely unacceptable and looks like a deliberate scheme to steal guests’ deposits. Be very careful booking this property. In my opinion, these people are fraudsters and scammers who will look for any excuse possible to keep your money. I strongly DO NOT recommend this place.
