Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, schnell am Meer, am Pool und beim Supermarkt aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Das Haus ist groß genug für 4 Personen und es war sehr sauber. Es ist super ausgestattet.

la posizione è strategica rispetto alle spiagge di kos. tutti gli elettrodomestici comodi per un soggiorno, anche con bambini. camera matrimoniale e doppia molto ampie
l’arredamento della sala non é funzionale ad un momento di riposo. sarebbe meglio avere un divano morbido anziché delle panche di legno e una sedia a dondolo

Loved everything about our stay - excellent value for the money, you are in a detached property away from the main road or large hotels, there are apartments close by but for most if our stay it was very pieceful and quiet. The house has a very retro look, you feel like you are visiting a grandma. There is a nice supermarket just 5 mins away on foot - try the baked goods in the morning! There is a fantastic place for food and coffee just around the corner. The beach is breathtaking with an island you can swim to and some thousands years old ruins if you walk to the left, but we thought the 20 euro price tag for the beds there was too much and preferred paradise beach with better facilities and service. The house had everything we needed and more, for example, coffee filters and some coffee even though we brought our own.
This has nothing to do with the property, just to be aware - there was 1 night where electricity went off for a few hours and then another night where there was no water, it seems that Kos is getting more tourists nowadays that it's infrastructure is capable of handling.
