    I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this property, especially if you are arriving by car. We arrived only to discover that access to the property involved an extremely steep, rocky and difficult (with no lights) road that our car could not safely manage. This was a major access issue, yet there was no clear warning about these road conditions when we booked. Had this been properly disclosed, we simply would never have made the reservation. We had no realistic option other than to turn around and cancel on the spot, without ever staying at or using the accommodation. The listing was also misleading in terms of the location. The photos gave the impression that the accommodation was very close to the water, but the reality did not match the impression created by the listing/photos. Prospective guests should verify the exact location and distance from the water rather than relying on the photos. Despite this, the property refused to refund the amount we paid. Booking.com contacted them on our behalf, and rather than issuing a full refund, they proposed still charging us for a room we never used.
