    Breakfast was great - large selection and well presented with variety each day. Room was medium sized, bed was comfortable. Loved being able to open the window - however, street noise did impact sleep. If the windows stayed closed the street noise was minimal. The Minisplit was needed to sleep with windows closed. Loved she provided fluffy, cosy throw blankets - so nice on a cool morning/evening! Pool area was beautiful, but water was really cold as fall had just started. We were looking forward to using the hot tub, but when we arrived the top was open and the water was like bathwater. Definitely not hot enough to use. We could not read the instructions on how to warm it up. We put the cover on to allow it to warm up, but the next day the cover was up again. There is no hot tub I know of that can provide hot water with the lid off all day. I feel bad it has to be really expensive to keep the water even warm with the lid up all day. It was definitely one of the deciding factors in booking this property and we were disapointed in it not being hot enough to use. All in all a spotlessly clean and quite new property.

    Perfect

    Perfect location close to Plitvitz Lakes. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants. Clean, comfortable room with an awesome bed. Breakfast was fantastic and Marina was a fantastic, friendly, helpful host

    It was perfect. The pool was too cold to swim in at this time of year but great for standing in to recover after Walking the lakes all day'
