  Appartamento curato e spazioso in posizione comoda per girare Catania.

  L'alloggio è molto spazioso e curato, in una buona posizione per girare Catania. Cucina attrezzata per chi vuole mangiare a casa.

  Il parcheggio in zona non è difficile da trovare, ma è solo a pagamento.

  The apartment itself has potential and the location is good, but unfortunately our stay was completely ruined

  Beautiful apartment, great location - and it could have been a great stay if our experience had not turned into a real nightmare. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on Booking.com, but I feel I need to warn other travellers who might choose these apartments and potentially have their holiday ruined.

  For two days, water was leaking from the ceiling, including directly into electrical sockets. Water was literally coming out of the sockets, which made staying in the apartment unsafe. We spent two days constantly cleaning and wiping up water, in the middle of the night and again in the morning. Forget about having a normal night’s sleep. On the third night, we decided to leave because our safety, sleep and time are more important. On the third day, the problem was supposedly fixed, which is of course good. However, after two full days of water leaking from the ceiling, we simply did not feel comfortable staying there anymore. I did not want to spend the rest of our holiday worrying that something else might happen in the apartment. I would also like to mention that Ivana did make an effort on the third day to resolve the issue, and I appreciate that. However, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, problems started from the check in. We were supposed to check in at 14:00 (as stated in the apartment description) but were only able to enter at around 17:30. We were allowed to leave our luggage earlier, which we appreciate, but when we returned around 18:00, I had to message repeatedly and ask for the code to the key box because nobody had sent us any instructions on how to enter the apartment, despite the fact that I had asked. There were also no proper instructions regarding the electrical system. The circuit breaker kept tripping, and apparently you cannot use more than two appliances at the same time. We were not informed about this. The air-conditioning drainage bottle also needs to be emptied regularly, it would surely make more sense to have a larger container so that it does not fill up so quickly. The dishes were in very poor condition, with old buildup everywhere, on the plates, pots and pans, as well as on the taps.

  Cozy apartment in the central location

  Beautiful and unique apartment with a romantic balcony. Very clean and spacious. The host was very friendly and helpful.

  There were problems with electricity - with 2 ACs on it was hard to use any other appliance without power being cut. Luckily it was easily fixable.

  A comfortable and well-located place to stay in Catania with good value!

  The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Catania. Check-in was easy, and the host was super lovely and responsive throughout the stay.

  Sehr empfehlenswert

  Ich und eine Freundin haben gemeinsam 10 Tage hier verbracht und es ist absolut empfehlenswert😊 Das Apartment sieht so schön aus wie auf den Fotos und hat eine perfekte Lage, die Innenstadt lasst sich innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Gegend ist sehr entspannt, umgeben von vielen Restaurants und Supermärkten die ebenfalls zu Fuß gut zu erreichen sind. Die Bewertungen anderer bezüglich der Lautstärke können wir so nicht bestätigen. Wir wurden so gut wie gar nicht durch Lautstärke gestört :) Ivana, die Zuständige für das Apartment, ist super lieb und aufgeschlossen und stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Pantano House, Dankeschön 🙏🏽😍
