It was close to everything and quiet. It was clean and had what we needed especially the washer.
The humidity in the room, we couldn’t regulate it unless we opened windows and doors. The common area is shared and may need a clean up. We also were there at the end of a busy season.

Comfy bright cave in Rome
It was very clean, very quiet, and comfortable. I did wish that there was a window onto the city, as I didn’t really feel like I was in Rome while we were in our room. That said, after we were very much “in bologna” the next night and barely slept because it was so loud, I was missing this place! It is so central and fairly easy to find.
It is difficult when traveling to know the exact time you will arrive, but since this is a single apartment with no lock box or anything, they need to meet you at a specific time. This can be stressful if you don’t have service and would prefer to not be on a tight timeline just to arrive at your accommodations.

It is clean and in the middle of all the things we wanted to do. Also had a washer/dryer.
Location, Location, Location. It was clean and as described. For being in the middle of everything, it was really quiet. The price couldn't be beat.
It was really humid, almost like a cave. We washed clothes and went to air dry, but they wouldn't dry. This is nitpicky but the nightstands are super small and hard to charge a bunch of electronic devices.

Great
The host was great, the location is amazing. Everything you need is there.
If needed to be pedant then the tv is a bit to small but who even uses the tv in his vacation
