ローマ観光のための最高の立地のホテル
その名の通り、パンテノンのすぐそばにあった。近くにはスーパーマーケットや持ち帰りピザ屋さんもあり、便利。馬車も通れそうな扉を抜けると別世界が広がっていた。部屋は広大とは言えないが十分な広さが確保されていた。また、部屋にバスタブがあったことは幸運であった。 屋上のテラスからはパンテノンやミネルヴァ教会などを見ることができた。この場所が朝食会場であったならば最高であっただろう。朝食会場はフロントの上の階にあった。決して広大ではないものの、席は確保できた。クロワッサン、暖かい玉子料理、ボイルされた野菜などバランス良く食べるには十分なバラエティがあった。ヨーグルトが自動分配器で提供されていたのは驚いた。空港からの移動を手配していただけたのは助かった。割り増しがあるわけではなく、定額料金だった。 お風呂の水温調整は根気が必要であった。特にシャワーは暑くなったり、寒くなったりしていた。PI制御のヒーターを使っているのであろう。理論を実感として得られる体験も多くはない。夜9時過ぎにスーパーマーケットに買い物に行ったが治安の悪さを感じることはなかった。周囲に飲食店や照明があったためと思う。夜9時過ぎにスーパーマーケットに買い物に行ったが治安の悪さを感じることはなかった。周囲に飲食店や照明があったためと思う。
