    Esperienza estremamente negativa. Struttura sconsigliata.

    Nessun aspetto positivo degno di nota, considerando i disagi riscontrati e la gestione del problema.

    Abbiamo prenotato un alloggio per quattro persone, ma il divano letto era completamente sfondato e inutilizzabile, costringendoci a dormire tutte e quattro in un unico letto matrimoniale. Nonostante la segnalazione immediata, accompagnata da un video, la struttura ha inizialmente dichiarato di non poter intervenire. Solo dopo le nostre insistenze ci è stato assicurato che avrebbero preso in carico il problema, senza però alcun seguito concreto. A distanza di due settimane, nessuna soluzione né proposta di rimborso. Trovo inaccettabile pagare per quattro posti letto e poterne utilizzare soltanto due, soprattutto a fronte di una gestione così superficiale e poco professionale.

    Excellent location!

    The kitchen frying pan needs replacing. A bit more understanding from the property management wouldn't go amiss.

    Overall stay was really good.

    It’s spacious, bed is very comfortable and the location. There are loads of restaurants, souvenir shops and cafes nearby. Just a short walk to Seville Cathedral and Real Alcazar. There’s also a lift which was very helpful. You also feel safe in the property. There’s also a supermarket called MAS which is about 2 mins walk from the property - where you can buy cheaper grocery items like bottle of water. They also sell fresh produce like vegs and fruits, fish and meat products. There’s a grocery (Carre Four)just outside the property but they charge more.

    Access to the property was a bit confusing to start with. Please omit the key part as that’s what it confused us. You don’t need to have a key to get in to the accommodation- all you need is just to key in the access code on the keypad next to the door handle. You just have to be patient with the air conditioning as it takes a while to cool down. Pots and pans are small and some of them are not non-stick anymore. Just a suggestion, probably needs to replace some of them.
