Decent stay but can do with an update
The guesthouse is convenient to explore the Trastevere neighbourhood. It is secure and having a lift was a bonus as we had luggage. We stayed in the executive room which is a good size. The bed was clean and comfortable. It was also beneficial to have the common kitchen area to make coffees in the morning. They offer to clean the room daily.
As this is more of a guesthouse type of accommodation we didn't expect a lot however we did expect towels to be of slightly better quality. They looked quite worn out. The room generally needs an update. It is very dated and the curtains and sofa are quite grimmy. The price is quite high and we felt you are paying more for the location. If you are a light sleeper, please be aware Viale Trastevere is a very busy road and even with the windows closed the sound of trams, ambulances and people after a big night out travels through.

Very quiet despite the excellent location. Room was clean. Fabulous shower and very comfy pillows. All you need for a short stay in Rome trastevere
