  The apartment is very spacious and conveniently located close to the Old Town. It has beautiful views from the terrace and was a great choice for two families. We were 10 people in total and still felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment had all the facilities we needed, including air conditioning in every room. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it, especially for larger families or groups.

  There were a few things that could be improved. The apartment is a bit far from Paphos Harbour, and we had to pay around €30 each way for a taxi, which we found quite expensive considering it was only about a 9-minute drive. To walk up is very hard as it is a steep hill. The outside of the apartment is not particularly attractive, and there is a flight of stairs to go down to reach the apartment, with additional stairs inside to access the bedrooms, which is worth keeping in mind. Only one towel per guest was provided, so we had to wash them regularly during our stay. There was also not enough cutlery for a group of 10 — for example, we only found two forks. The hot water supply was very limited, which was quite difficult for a group of 10. On several occasions, some of us had to take freezing cold showers because there was no hot water left. We found the microwave quite complicated to use, and the ice maker in the fridge wasn't working during our stay. The pool table also had no balls when we arrived, although the owner sorted this out on the second day and kindly gave us some money to put in which we really appreciated. No playing pool after 9pm.

  A beautiful, well-equipped home with a stunning sea view — perfect for a relaxing stay, as long as you’re prepared for t

  A really beautiful house, equipped with everything you need and more for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with excellent cooking equipment, the fridge dispenses cold water and ice cubes, and there’s a dishwasher and washing machine. Plenty of towels, air-conditioned rooms, and comfortable beds. The balcony overlooks the sea and creates a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere, and there’s loads of space to spread out and feel at home.

  The house is built on a slope, so the whole structure descends by steps — both from the upper entrance and the lower one. At one point there are several fairly steep steps, which makes carrying luggage up and down harder even for fit, healthy people. Families with babies, older guests, or anyone with limited mobility should factor this in ahead of time. A few minor notes: the property could use a little more upkeep, and some older, unused items could be cleared out. The pool table needs minor repair (the felt is slightly torn, and the cues could be replaced) — but these are truly small things.
