    Walking distance to central city, interesting area.

    The location was very good, walking distance to major attractions at the city center. For us it was maybe a 10 minute walk. The parking was a bit tricky but I called the property host who talked me through the process. The building itself really stands out in the area so it’s very easy to recognize when you do see it. The apartments are on the edge of old Communist P+ Bloc housing. The area around the apartment is a bit run down but the people are not bad or unfriendly at all. Being in the area was actually really interesting given the historical aspect. It was very striking that we were staying in a place with P+ Bloc housing right there in a place where Romanian communism died, literally as Targoviste is where the Ceaușescus were jailed, tried and shot on Christmas Day. For me it added to the experience of staying here. Besides that, the appointments were very good and the hosts were helpful and friendly. I hope to visit again one day.
