    My stay was very nice

    I liked their all inclusive packages and the 24hour Bar where you can literally get your drinks anytime..

    The transport issue…The company SIMBA which is responsible for taxis and excursions overcharges clients when it comes to transportation…I paid 41.2USD for the Airport pick up while i was still in my country but when it was time for drop off the SIMBA desk charged 70USD which when i enquired at the reception they were very surprised that this SIMBA taxis and excursions is charging people so much for the Airport drop off…I’ve asked the manager at Paradise reception that they need to escalate the matter because it is going to affect their Business since SIMBA is working under their resort…Paradise charges 40USD for pick ups and drop offs while SIMBA are charging 70USD that’s a rip off…Nina from Paradise staff thank u for charging me accordingly for a pick up otherwise i wouldn’t have known the price range for me to lay a complain…

    A pleasant vacation

    The kids club, the pool, the outside bars, the lunch areas, friendly and generally helpful staff all around the resort, really good and fast wassup communication with the hotel staff who tries to help with our inquiries. We also enjoyed the evening activities such as the dancing show.

    The preparation of the food could be improved. Hummus was not real hummus. The burger had some piece of bone inside, the chicken was cut in small pieces that we could find small pieces of bone. It took two days to replace the mosquito net that was too small for the bed.

    One option of many, but still worth it

    Ability to choose between 3 restaurants, several pools, excursion booking on the spot, all-inclusive drinks and food, pretty quick for solving issues or problems.

    The only real thing was more of relaxed rules, which can be nice, but people really enjoyed reserving spots for sunbeds or spots near pool, which was not allowed as per the rules, but it is vacation - happens a lot
