    Na plus na pewno lokalizacja - osiedle znajduje się bardzo blisko dzielnicy nadmorskiej, ale przy tym na tyle na uboczu, że nie trzeba się martwić hałasem i innymi niedogodnościami turystycznej dzielnicy. Samo mieszkanie porządnie urządzone, znajdowało się w nim wszystko co powinno, nie było problemów ze sprzętem kuchennym, czy łazienkowym. Balkon ze świetnym widokiem, duży, z zachodami słońca. Jednak basen to było coś wyjątkowego - duży, mało zatłoczony, osobiste leżaki, nic więcej do szczęścia nie było potrzebne.

    Jedyny minus, aczkolwiek to raczej wina cypryjskiego klimatu, nie samego mieszkania, że lokal bardzo szybko się nagrzewał. Wystarczyło 10 min bez klimatyzacji i z mieszkania robił się piekarnik, a żadne przeciągi nie dawały rady, więc dobrze, że klimatyzacja była sprawna i dawała radę.
