    Nice large rooms. Bathrooms are a bit dated. Lovely gardens We ate one night at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious

    The breakfast experience would be so much better with some decent coffee and fresh fruit and pastries (if available, I know it’s hard to get some things on Norfolk. ).

    Stay at the paradise if you want a down to earth experience. Breakfast and dinner were good.

    Location was good with relation to the town of Burnt Pine. The grounds were cared for and very beautiful. The staff and manager were friendly and helpful.

    One of the reasons I came to Norfolk Island was to relax from a stressful several years. I was also doing some remote voluntary work from my hotel room. I found the The wifi did not work. Construction work was going on, I understand that it cannot be helped. It has to be done.

    can recommend this hotel to all ages Was mobility friendly

    Breakfasts were good. Continental and full breakfasts were available. Plenty of choice. if you hadan eating problem the staff were willing to help and advise. Smoking was outside the building

    The accommodation was outside the town so it was a fair walk. We hired a car so it did not matter. Hotel staff organised car hire so experience was a pleasure not a pain
